Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, and protect your information across our website, email, text messaging, social media, and advertising.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Real Estate Deal Lab(“The Real Estate Deal Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our website, opt in to our email or text-message programs, interact with our social media and advertising, or otherwise engage with our educational content, community, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, providing your contact information, or opting in to our communications, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. Name, email address, phone/mobile number, and any details you submit through forms, opt-ins, surveys, applications, community sign-ups, or when you contact us.
  • Transaction information. If you purchase a product, membership, or advisory service, our payment processors collect billing details. We do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves.
  • Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see the Cookies and Tracking section below).
  • Information from third parties. Data from social media platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, and our marketing and CRM tools (such as GoHighLevel) when you engage with our ads, landing pages, or messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • Send transactional messages, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support;
  • Send marketing and promotional communications by email and text message where you have opted in (see Sections 3 and 4);
  • Personalize content, measure engagement, and run analytics on our website, emails, and ads;
  • Operate, target, and measure advertising on social media and search platforms;
  • Protect against fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Email Marketing

With your consent, we send marketing emails about our content, community, events, and offers using our CRM and marketing platform (including GoHighLevel). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time by clicking it or by emailing support@therealestatedeallab.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable law. Transactional or service-related messages (for example, purchase confirmations) may still be sent after you opt out of marketing.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

We operate our text-messaging program through GoHighLevel and registered application-to-person (A2P 10DLC) messaging. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting our keyword), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from The Real Estate Deal Lab at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message types: appointment and event reminders, content and replay links, promotions, offers, and account or support messages.
  • Message frequency varies. Recurring messages may be sent based on your activity and our campaigns.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further marketing texts unless you opt back in.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@therealestatedeallab.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is never sold. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except subcontractors and service providers (such as our messaging platform) strictly to help us operate the messaging program. Categories of information shared more generally are described in Section 8.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure and target advertising. These include analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok, and similar). You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising cookies via tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).

6. Advertising and Social Media

We advertise and publish content on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, X, and Google. We may use pixels and platform tools to build custom and lookalike audiences, retarget visitors, and measure ad performance. This may involve sharing hashed identifiers (such as an email or phone number) with these platforms so they can match you to an account for ad delivery and measurement, subject to each platform’s terms.

When you interact with us on social media, your activity is also governed by that platform’s own privacy policy. You can adjust your ad preferences within each platform’s settings.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that operate the Services on our behalf — for example, our CRM and marketing platform (GoHighLevel), email and SMS delivery providers, payment processors, the Skool community platform, web hosting, and analytics providers.
  • Advertising and analytics partners as described in Sections 5 and 6.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. As noted in Section 4, we never share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services link to and rely on third-party platforms, including Skool (our community), YouTube, and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

  • U.S. state residents (including California under the CCPA/CPRA) may request to know, delete, or correct personal information and opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • EEA/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to object or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@therealestatedeallab.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them, but you can control tracking using the tools described in Section 5.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email.
